Settlement Post Closer on-site position

We are looking for a motivated team member to fill a new position as a Post Closer in our settlement services department. The duties include funding of files after closing, cutting checks, initiating outgoing wires, receipting funds into the system, sending out final package, preparing documents for recording, and offering administrative support across the organization.  The duties and responsibilities of this position are to ensure the company is represented professionally and positively, and all tasks are completed with the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple email accounts
  • Manage incoming phone calls professionally, accurately, and efficiently
  • Produce reports using Microsoft 360/windows 10/adobe/excel/word
  • Disbursement of settlement files after closing
  • Properly distribute final closing package
  • Prepare documents for recording
  • Prepare file for final title policy to be issued
  • Verify wire instructions

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience associated with loan documents and/or settlement transactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360/Windows 10
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • High school diploma

Settlement Processor Assistant

We are looking for a motivated team member to fill a new position as a Settlement Processor Assistant in our settlement services department. The duties include obtaining payoffs, order homeowners insurance certificates, clearing closing requirements, scheduling closings, preparing files for funding after closing, preparing documents for recording, and offering administrative support across the organization.  The duties and responsibilities of this position are to ensure the company is represented professionally and positively, and all tasks are completed with the highest quality standards. Remote work could be considered for qualified candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple email accounts
  • Manage incoming phone calls professionally, accurately, and efficiently
  • Produce reports using Microsoft 360/windows 10/adobe/excel/word
  • Request payoffs
  • Properly document file for closing and funding
  • Prepare documents for recording
  • Order HOI
  • Verify wire instructions
  • Communicate with all parties involved in the transaction to provide status updates

Full Time Benefits Summary:

  • Medical –the first of the month following the date of hire – pays towards employee and dependent coverage. Credit of $50 for waiving the health insurance. Anthem is the health insurance provider.
  • Dental – the first of the month following date of hire – pays 100% for employee and dependents on the comprehensive plan. Delta Dental is the dental insurance provider.
  • Life – the first of the month following date of hire. We provide 3 times your annual salary in Life insurance. You have the option of purchasing an additional life insurance
  • Dependent Life insurance – you have the option of purchasing dependent life insurance. This insurance provides a death benefit for spouses and children.

  • Long Term Disability – after 90 days. You are required to at a minimum choose the lowest level of Long-Term Disability-60%, 180 day; company funds the 90 day/60%
